Except we’ve gone way past the casual interest point. We don’t just have one bird feeder.
We have five. FIVE.
And they’re all different, of course.
The finches like a completely different seed than the woodpeckers, and the mourning doves are way too big to sit on the hanging feeders, so naturally, we've gotta please them all.
But I have to say: listening to their chirps and seeing that flurry of activity in the morning brings me so much joy.
It’s the little things, right?
Lately, a lot of people, both clients and friends, seem to be really going through it.
And, not gonna lie, this summer was a pretty rough one for me, too.
So as we shift from summer to fall, I’ve been re-introducing a little joy ritual as an anchor point for the day and the season.
Right now, it's bird watching and morning walks.
What about you? What little things are bringing you joy right now? Or are you looking for some fresh ideas?
Hit reply and share. I'm compiling a list because I'm nosy like that. And I read and respond to every email myself.
With love,
Emily
P.S. If you’re looking for a cozy, low-pressure space to anchor yourself and build gentle momentum as the seasons change, we'd love to have you inside the community. And keep an eye out for a virtual ceremony invite soon!
